1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package ships.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time varies by destination:

  • Standard shipping: 13 days to 4 weeks, depending on your country and courier availability.
  • Remote areas or international shipments may take longer due to customs or logistics delays.

We appreciate your patience — we always do our best to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.

3. Delays & COVID-19 Notice

Please note that shipping delays may occur due to customs, weather, or logistics restrictions. In rare cases, COVID-19 or other public health measures can cause additional delays. Your understanding and support mean a lot to us 💖.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
  • If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours after placing it.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations or refunds for "change of mind" cannot be granted.

5. Incorrect Address

  • If you entered an incorrect shipping address, we can reship the order if the correct address is in the same country.
  • Re-shipping to a different country is not possible.
  • A $12 re-delivery fee may apply if the courier fails to deliver due to an incorrect address or absence at delivery time.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, depending on your country’s regulations. Evernotea is not responsible for these charges, as they are collected by your local customs authority.
