Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Evernotea. We value your satisfaction and aim to make every purchase a positive experience. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order within 6 hours after purchase.
  • After this period, cancellations cannot be accepted.
  • Orders already shipped cannot be canceled.
  • No refunds for accidental or mistaken orders.

2. Forgotten Discount Code

Discount codes must be applied before checkout. Refunds or adjustments cannot be made afterward.

3. Lost or Missing Packages

  • If your order shows as delivered but you didn’t receive it, contact us — we’ll help investigate.
  • We are not responsible for lost packages caused by courier or postal services once shipped correctly.

4. Incorrect Address

  • If you entered an incorrect address, we cannot change or refund once shipped.
  • If within the same country, re-shipping is possible for an $12 fee.
  • Re-shipping to another country is not possible.

5. Rejected or Failed Deliveries

  • Failed deliveries can be re-sent for a $12 re-delivery fee.
  • If you refuse re-delivery, a 75% refund of the product price may be issued.
  • No refunds for rejected packages or unpaid customs/tax issues.

6. Returns

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags and proof of purchase.
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

8. Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photos.

  • We are not responsible for courier damage during transit.
  • Claims after 24 hours or without proof will not be processed.
  • Rude or disrespectful communication will void eligibility for support.

9. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of approval. Approved refunds will be issued automatically to your original payment method (typically 75% of product value). Please allow processing time by your bank.

11. Shipping Issue Investigation

We’ll investigate any shipping issues within 1–2 weeks. If unresolved, we’ll refund 75% of your payment.
