How do you source your paper, and how do you make sure it’s sustainable?

At Evernotea, our story begins long before a memo pad takes shape. We partner with small, certified paper suppliers across the UK and Europe who share our values of sustainability and craftsmanship. Each sheet we use comes from responsibly managed forests and recycled fibers — ensuring that no material goes to waste.

Our design team in London works closely with these suppliers to choose paper that balances durability, texture, and minimal environmental impact. Every offcut and leftover sheet in our studio is repurposed into prototypes or smaller decorative pieces, reducing waste even further.

What starts as simple paper becomes something lasting — a 3D creation that inspires and endures, rather than ending up as waste. That’s our way of turning sustainability into design.

 

When will my order arrive?

We know you can’t wait to unfold your new memo pad!
Most orders arrive within 13–25 days depending on your location. Delivery times vary slightly due to international logistics, weekends, and holidays — but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey to your door.

 

Can I cancel my order once it has shipped?

Once your parcel is on its way, it’s already being processed through our global logistics network — so cancellation isn’t possible at that stage.
However, if you change your mind before shipping, just contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
If your order arrives and you have any issues, our support team is always here to find a solution.

 

Do you customize or personalize notepads?

Not yet — but we’re working on it!
Our focus right now is perfecting the craftsmanship and detail of every Evernotea 3D design.
We hope to offer custom engraving and limited editions in the near future, so stay tuned by subscribing to our newsletter or following us on Instagram.
